What does the WEB mean?
The WEB (Work, Enterprise and Business related learning) encompasses a wide variety of curriculum areas - Design and Technology; Business Studies; ASDAN & ICT. All the subjects in the WEB are underpinned by the skills of enquiry, team work, evaluation & analysis all of which will enable our students to become confident and capable individuals. We currently offer a wide range of courses for students to study:

We are the XI-TE business from Essa Academy and are currently in Year 10. We are a group of 11 talented pupils; 5 boys ( Matthew James, Adnan Kaduji, Mahmed Talha Patel, Zakaria Chanchwelia and  Huzaifah Randera) and 6 girls (Sanaa Patel, Meyuni Algamagedona, Maariyah Cara, Afroza Patel, Alia Siddique and Zianb Fazal). 
Our first sales event was to market and sell a range of different coloured (orange, green yellow and pink) gloves.
Our second sales event is going to be based around the marketing and selling  badges, dog-tags and key-rings. Please look out around school for our promotional items
