FILTERING & MONITORING - Here at the Academy, we use software for blocking and monitoring students activity online to keep them safe. Senso software is used for network, classroom, safeguarding and ICT management here at the Academy.

​

If students have been searching for any inappropriate content or messages, an automatic screenshot will be sent immediately via email, even if they delete it. These alerts go to their Year group Safeguarding Lead and the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).

Parental Action: Make sure you are checking regular what they are searching...

- Do you know all the parental restrictions you can put in place?

- Any queries around management and e-safety in order to safeguard your child, please speak to their Year group Safeguarding Lead (see below)...

CEOP Education is part of the National Crime Agency and they run an education programme which aims to reduce the vulnerability of children and young people to the threat of online CSE. They provide training, resources and information for children and young people aged 4-18 years old, their families and the professionals who work with them...
