Our Curriculum Mission Statement
Our intent is to ensure that our students all have equal opportunities to gain an understanding and love of our subjects, become digitally literate, building upon skills step by step, to develop curiosity through learning and doing, to become well rounded, confident, technically aware young adults, to be our future entrepreneurs, designers and creators – not just consumers – to prepare them for careers of the future.
We built the curriculum with the intent that students will be able to:
Be digitally literate and be able to communicate effectively
Be aware of the Business world and how it functions
Develop a curiosity in the evolving Business and Technological world
Stay safe online and know their rights in the workplace
Develop a sound understanding of career prospects in Computing and Business
Be numerate and able to manage finances, both personally and for a business
Be able to problem solve by analysing and evaluating situations
